Pathetic service

Ordered a smart watch for my child this morning and requested same day delivery was even chat more for that. Kept getting messages saying it will be delivered before 7pm only to get a notification saying parcel could not be dead because i was not available but i am sitting with my door open from 8am for the delivery and did not go to work. The price is takealots courier they are flipping lazy to do their job. Till today i have not received my order. The guy that was supposed to deliver mu order did the same thing and when i managed to get ahold of him knowing what he did he got scared and left tje parcel back at the depo.
