Pathetic service

Frustrating and unresolved. I purchased a charger which arrived second hand (How it got passed QC no one knows) I logged a return and the MRD driver collected the unit. Multiple drivers came after requesting pickup (5 times) but it was already collected. They all refused to issue me the new item until i returned the original which was already done. Over a week goes by and i receive no contact from Takealot and have to follow up with a 3rd support ticket only to receive a email stating my return has been logged again.... What a joke... 2 weeks and i still dont have a charger or my money back.
