Pathetic service

I ordered and paid for 2 items on May 24, 2020. To date I have received just 1 of them, without any proper explanations about the balance of my order. I have been to their Facebook page, have contacted them via their useless automated system, to no avail. I am now considering taking legal action against this useless service company.
