PATHETIC SERVICE

Very disgusting level of service. Low low low, lower than ground gutter. I ordered a parcel and upon finalising the order, it stated that my order would be received on 1 August 2025. That is the reason why I went through and paid for the order. I called in midweek to confirm the delivery date and the agent I spoke confirmed the 1st of August as well. Only to find out Friday that my order is gonna be delivered on the 4th of August 2025. An INCONVENIENCE. PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
