Pathetic service

Since the 10th of April, and now that it’s the 3rd of May, I am still waiting for Takealot to collect my return order. All they seem to be good at is sending daily messages claiming that it will be collected before 5:00 pm, yet nothing happens.

When I check on the app, it says “return concluded “. How can it be concluded while it hasn’t been collected and I haven’t been refunded. I’ve emailed them and I’ve been speaking to different consultants, they are all just ***********, this is like a rocket science to them.
