PATHETIC SERVICE- DO NOT ORDER BIG PARCELS FROM TAKEALOT.

This is the first time I ordered from takealot and the last. I ordered a Double Bunk for my boys on the 18 December 2019, it was delivered the 19 December 2019 BUT with bolt and nuts to assemble the double bunk. I have been calling them since the 20 December but with no luck. I waited 20 minutes for a consultant and eventually put the phone down and sent numerous emails to date and two agents contacted me via email telling me they will pick up the double bunk and refund me and I AM STILL WAITING!! DO NOT ORDER BIG PARCELS FROM TAKEALOT.. Their service is pathetic.
