Pathetic service-delivery not received a week later after paying additional cost

<p>Absolutely pathetic customer service received from takealot, a week today I placed an order paid additional delivery to receive my item on the 24th a week later and still no delivery received after numerous follow up calls to them no feedback...lack of customer service will never use them again
