Pathetic Service Delivery from TakeALot.com delivery

TakeALot.com in connection with First National Bank has been delaying making a delivery for me that they were suppose to make on the 02.08.2018 I called numerous times where I kept going through to very rude consultants who were of no assistance and ended up calling FNB Premier suite who also have not assisted me. I waited up until 6pm at work for the delivery, and I work in a ***** area where I could have been hijacked having to open the office gate myself leaving even after the security guard had left! TakeALot.com is clearly very unprofessional and has little to consideration for clientele! I am disgusted and fed up with the treatment I have received from takeALot.com
