Pathetic service delivery

Good day, I placed an order on the 26/11/***76 and was supposed to receive delivery on the 06/12/2021. At 13:23pm I received a message on my phone stating that the recipient was not available to take delivery, yet i was in the office. I phoned *** and spoke to Sizwe who said that he will get in contact with the driver. He calls me back to say the reason why the delivery was not done was because there was something leaking from the box. If only these courier guys are more careful with the way they handle the parcels then maybe we will have no breakages and leaking products. I have personally seen where the parcel clearly says fragile but you see them throwing it on the ground. This is rather pathetic service. Now my entire order has to go back to wherever it came from and repacked and reshipped and that will take another 2 weeks.
