Pathetic service delivery

I would give you zeros stars if I had the option. I purchased a pram worth R2500 from takealot. Waited 4 days for delivery, only to receive an incorrect product. Went through the tedious return/exchange process only to again receive the incorrect product. There is no way to contact a human! Takealots process is ridiculous and long. I don't understand why I need to wait days on end for a resolve for a mess up from takealots side twice!
