Pathetic service delivery

I placed an order for delivery same day. I had to pay extra to have my order delivered the same day. Received an update delivery will be before 9pm. A few minutes before 9pm i got an update my order will be rescheduled. What am I paying extra for to receive my delivery the same day if that is not the case. To top it off, the inconvenience of making sure someone is home waiting for the delivery. What kind of service is that? Takealot has really lost its service delivery ethic. The whole point of convenience is just an inconvenience. The delivery fees are sometimes almost as much as the items ordered. Get it right!
