Pathetic Service Delivery

I shouldn't even be giving these guys a rating! That's how pathetic their service is! I've placed an order over a week ago, made sure the delivery address is clear and precise two days in a row now they've sent the driver to Pretoria North when the address clearly indicates Pretoria East and every time they promise to reroute to the hub and deliver to the correct address. I even sent a location pin and still no joy. This is a Christmas gift! I'm extremely emotional about this and it's like the people at Takealot just don't give a damn! Please can anyone help here? I just need my order to be delivered today! To top it all off I can't change the delivery address so these guys are just going to keep going to Pretoria North no matter what I say and from there the item will be lost and there's no refund. How fair is that? It's not exactly small change either! People who don't have money lying around can't really afford to lose any and this is exactly what's going to happen! HELP ME PLEASE
