pathetic service delivery

For such a massive company like Takealot, I’ve received pathetic service delivery and turn around time like the mistake was done from you the client. I regret giving them a chance, of purchasing goods online.

On 26th October I purchased a USB hair clipper that my friend recommended to me and that I see every 2nd barbershop on the corner is using. The package gets delivered two or 3 days later, incorrect. I log a return as I still need the item for business use and gets fetched and, I must wait for investigation to be done so they can track where the fault is. This morning 17 days later, the item ordered arrived, get to office… open it and it’s the incorrect again.

And it’s a whole process that has to be followed, of procedures followed which I understand but, I wait now like I selected the incorrect thing.
