Pathetic Service Delivery

<p>I ordered items on the 13th of December for Christmas gifts for my kids.</p> <p>First delivery date was the 21st of December.</p> <p>Driver called asked where in Nelspruit I stay. Told him not nelspruit, Komati near Middleburg.</p> <p>He said it will then be delivered by the 22nd or 23rd & if I'm okay with that.</p> <p>Said its fine.</p> <p>Middelburg is 35km away from where I stay which is a 30 minute drive.</p> <p>Its now the 28th! </p> <p>22-23rd came & gone! </p> <p>Then after numerous complaints I get told today before 5pm. </p> <p>Its now 6:15pm & STILL no package.</p> <p>I'm highly disappointed in takealot & will never order from them again! </p> <p>They have total disregard for their customers especially over Christmas period! </p> <p>Advertising that they ready to handle the load when all they can handle is take money but no sending of parcels! </p> <p> </p> <p>I will be posting this to Facebook as well so that everyone can be warned about your disgusting services</p>
