Pathetic service delivery

<p>ordered Christmas tree and decorations end of November. For starters their app wasn't working and wouldn't accept payment. Then when I tried again my payment was accepted. I double checked that all the items were in stock which they were, and said 2-5 working days. It took two weeks to deliver. And on the promised delivery day of 12 December, nothing was delivered. Then I received an email on the 14 December saying the Christmas tree was canceled because there was no stock and they couldn't source from the supplier. I requested a full refund as decorations are useless without the tree. I am yet to hear back from them. </p> <p>I now have no Christmas tree. Worst shopping experience ever and worst Christmas ever. </p>
