Pathetic service delivery

Unfortunately Takealot.com is not trustworthy anymore - empty delivery promises, and pathetic customer service. From where the company was a year ago to where they are now... can't really see how they will survive without a serious service delivery attitude change.

Don't really expect a response - hopefully this will assist a potential buyer not to spend his/her money.
