PATHETIC SERVICE DELIVERY!
I placed an order on 02/12/2015 with a delivery date of 15/12/2015 which I am still waiting for. I have followed up on this numerous times with no success - today alone I phone 5 times, got cut off 4 times and the one time I did get through and asked to talk to the manager, the lady refused to transfer me and dropped the phone. Clearly she is not equipped to deal with clients!! - Order no #***<br> <br> I placed another order for which I actually received a delivery SMS stating delivery to take place 21-12-2015, waited the whole day and nothing was delivered. - Order no #***<br> <br> Don't create expectations if you can't deliver on it and don't take people's money if you're not going to deliver the goods! I regret ever buying anything from Takealot!!

Thank you for taking our complaints team's call to apologise for this experience and to update you on the status of your orders. As advised order *** has been prioritised for delivery and your parcel should reach you by 2PM today. *** regrettably was damaged while in transit to our CPT warehouse and we needed to wait for a new item to arrive from JHB. We apologise for not communicating this to you sooner and have addressed this with the responsible department.
We expect the new stock to arrive in Cape Town tomorrow and will process your order for delivery as soon as possible.
