Pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic service. I bought a TV on the 2/5/23, and had it delivered on 5/5/23. On the 18/5/23 I looked a return, as the TV had no visual, only sound. The next day takealot came to fetch the TV. Inside the box was the TV,remote and two TV stands. The box was open, so the delivery guy taped it up. My nanny told him she cannot move it on her own, o he got the driver to help him. The next Monday Amy takealot account was updated to missing accessories. I emailed to enquire, and was informed one stand and the remote was missing. I responded to that e-mail and explained everything. I was ignored. I mailed again, was responded to and ignored. 27/5/23 I mailed again, and was told that it is being investigated by the warehouse. Called in this morning, just to be told that they will now handle it with urgency. Two whole weeks later. So now I no longer want a new TV, but a refund. Big business will take you cash, but after sales service is really pathetic
