Pathetic service

I ordered a vacuum for R1299. ON the day that it was supposed to be delivered I get an email that my order is cancelled because the product is not available. I go to the website and surprise, the product is still being advertised and for R989. HOW THE #@$#@ do you not deliver because the product is not available but then continue offering it at a reduced price!!!!!!!
