Pathetic service

Ordered tommee tippee bottles with a flow of 3-6months for a newborn so I sent it back wanting to change the flow to 0-3 months I stand to be corrected regarding the flow of bottles okay package was collected and to my surprise I was told the return has been rejected for some personal hygiene reason okay cool I accepted it and moved on to surprise package is not been returned to me I sent numerous emails on a daily basis just to get different agents telling me different stories YESTERDAY I was asked was my package still not returned I mean do you not have a tracking system to see where customer items are I had already bought this item from somewhere else and don't need this one anymore so what happens now R259 gone!!!!!!??
