Pathetic service, cheap **** but paid for expensive item.

Takealot I am honestly disgusted in the level of service. My order took 2 weeks to reach me, when it got here it was the cheap ****py s****** I ducked and doged. You charged me for the expensive dusty pink one with grey wheels and what arrived here a cheap pink unicorn ****. I submitted a return give me my money back or the proper item. To top that off the other item I bought is dirty and full of dam dust. What **** service honestly disappointing. I called your contact center and ask to speak to the manager but Junaid does not have the capability to transfer my call, does your staff not no how to transfer calls. So they not competent???
