PATHETIC SERVICE

DISGUSTED. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I WILL NEVER WASTE MY MONEY AGAIN. I have spent enough money over the years at Takealot.com. But this is by far the worst service I have ever received. Over R400 for headphones that fell apart after a few days of usage and according to takealot. It has been damaged. How about you do a proper investigation as to why your products are faulty before you blame the customer. Why in the world are such expensive headphones breaking? Why are you supporting companies with faulty products and blame the customer when it breaks! Oh and the best part! After returning it for evaluation, I never received a refund or the product back! You stole my money. Well done to you Takealot. It has been 3 months of patience. Numerous calls and emails. AND NO FEEDBACK. I hope to hear from you now.
