Pathetic service

Good Day Trust you are well. I purchase an item on take a lot on the 16 May 2026 I had the item for about 2 weeks and returned it unused as the item was not as what I expected I unfortunately returned it for a refund to purchase something better but with that being said I had been waiting in the refund for weeks only to find out that I will not receive the refund due to a small item not being returned with the box (a small paper bag) I told the consultant from take a lot to return the item to me and I’ll add the bag and send back she told me she was waiting on me to send the address which I did…..it’s the 1st of September and yet I still haven’t received it I email only for them to tell me they have disposed the item as they have received a reply from me going back to all the emails I sent the address was send when it was requested the service and products on take a lot is pathetic and not to mention the consultant you have to deal with as well @chelsea C @olwethu.mapo my emails goes back to May to the exact same people then again June then again July same for August all I want is my refund that’s it
