Pathetic service

I placed an order via Takealot on The 4th June. I no received an sms on the 7th saying my order is out for delivery and I should expect it before 7pm.

The driver gives me a miss call at 17:50 and waited for me to call him back to tell me he is going to deliver my order at 18:15

I asked him why I had to call him back when he was supposed to call me and why was he only delivering my parcel now. I got told that because my order is of lesser value then the other parcels it gets delivered last. Is this how it works Takealot ? Your customers value is determined by the amount of money they spend on your online store ?
