PATHETIC SERVICE

the service is PATHETIC. i returned an item last week and havent had any feedback whats so ever. ive called numerous times and get told different things each time. been told it takes 3 days for an assessment. its been longer than 3 days. i get no updates nothing. takealots service has gone to the dogs. they even email a reply just before end of day same with the instant messaging. always end of day so as to make you wait longer
