pathetic service

I placed an order Number: ***1 on the 13th and 4 days later you guys did not even have the courtesy to let me know it would not be delivered because of no stock. The problem now is I am doing my final year and this exam is a month away and you guys are only going to deliver month end. this is pathetic for an organisation such as yourselves, I am previously disadvantaged and I cannot find a job seemingly without this qualification so you guys are hindering me so I think I need to spread this complaint through all my facebook contacts, I await your urgent thoughts?.
