Pathetic service

We ordered 2 items delivery was scheduled for Tuesday, no delivery. Got an sms on Wednesday advising delivery will happen only 1 item delivered with some poor excuse from the driver that he thought the other guy took the item. Called the delivery guy on Thursday still no delivery of the 2nd item. How pathetic is this service and you can't call to lodge a complaint
