Pathetic Service

What I have realized about Takealot is that they don't respond to any complaints on Hellopeter . The staff are ***********, I logged a return for a faulty Romoss power bank Wednesday 14th and it was collected on 15th the following day. One of the consultant by the name of claims they refunded me on the 13th ie before the order even arrived Rameesha Rumble. Almost every consultant I have interacted with gave a different answer. Basically Takealot is refusing to refund me my money for a faulty power bank which they took back. I'm beyond frustrated and angry at the level of incompetency of all the stuff members, the guys at finance department clearly have no experience in dealing with accounts. I'm currently awaiting yet another feedback from Shanique after calling her yesterday evening.
