Pathetic Service

I have been a valuable client of takealot. I've spent so much money with you guys, but recently the delivery process has been very disappointing. Firstly i had a collection request and the takealot collection agent callef me once just once! After i didn't I pick up i recieved a message stating that the collection was rescheduled. This is frustrating.

The second incident happened today. I was awaiting my parcel today - The order was for a birthday gift. I just recieved a message stating that the agent couldn't get hold of me and the delivery was rescheduled. NO CALL, NOTHING.!!!!!!.

This is so frustrating, I gave this exact feedback when I rated the service and i get inconvenienced again. How do I help my family with a gift now - u don't care.

I Should rather have made use of Loot.
