Pathetic Service

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service and delivery. I purchased an office chair and I was unable to do a return due to the supplier being non existent, I then did an enquiry on Facebook messenger and I was told to provide my collection address of which i did. Days later and no response on messenger. I need to do a return and I am getting no assistance whatsoever. I have used Amazon recently and such amazing service and delivery. Looks like takealot lost a valuable customer!!
