PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

I received a wrong order from Takealot on the 2nd of December 2024. I returned the order on 3 December 2024 at White River Bahati Takealot . I received conformation that the return is concluded. Since then I can not track my return as well as replacement product and White River Takealot as well as Welkom Takealot could not assist me.
