Pathetic service

I placed an order and the signal where i live is very poor as I am surrounded by the mountain. I missed the call from the delivery guy as the signal was down, I called him back on his number and he advised me that my order would be delivered this afternoon. Shortly thereafter I received an email saying the order was returned. I was told by your delivery guy that when I place an order my phone must be on, yes I cannot help for the signal, he barely gave me a chance to speak and when I asked for his name he put the phone down. He said his manager told him that I must reschedule, so why did he not pick up the phone and let me know, instead I am sitting like an idiot waiting for the delivery. I do not want the refund and nor do i appreciate being spoken to in that manner. I am supporting your business yet your staff are rude, he refused to give me his name, and he **** by saying the item would be delivered again today. I was made aware that one has 2 attempts to reschedule. Why was it cancelled? I spoke to the delivery guy and he said he will deliver it this afternoon? So why was this item cancelled. No one said this order must be cancelled. Your delivery guy was extremely rude to me I am so disappointed in the service received and can assure you that I will not use your service again. I want this item if it is possible please and do not want a credit. If you cannot do this then keep your credit and refund my bank account

Also i was told that my oven would be delivered today, i paid R200 to have this item delivered and yet nothing arrived.
