Pathetic Service

I did a return of 2 items on the 14 July 2023. One was a salt and pepper grinder set and the other a mixing bowl. Both items was dropped off at the Kya Sands office. I received a refund for the salt and pepper grinder set but I haven’t received the refund for the mixing bowl. I called the call centre several times and spoke to Silakhile L, Thuwaybah B, vuyolwethu B, Demi D and still the matter has not been resolved. I have asked for a manager to call me. No one has called. No reply to emails either.
