Pathetic Service As Usual

I placed an order with Takealot on 1 March 2023. For a Samsung 65" AU7000 UHD Crystal Processor 4K Smart TV.

I tracked delivery on 2 March 2023 and noticed that the delivery date had been changed to 14 March 2023. 2 weeks after their promised delivery date. I called Takealot, and after being cut off three times, they told me they didn’t have stock. I feel this is false advertising, as the website stated they had stock. There was never a phone call to explain the delay or to give an apology. When you call in, they can't wait to get you off the line. Takealot should really be shut down as this is not the first time things like this have happened.
