Pathetic service as usual

So TAKEALOT does not return updates to me with my phone matter, yes it is software but my phone was not switching on after software upgrade so now I have spent almost R500 but they not bothered, even swearing is not solving the issue because none of them give a sh** that they r not the customer, they give **** service and Xiaomi says they don't have my, takealot says Xiaomi has my phone so who on earth is truthful. Im fedup with their pathetic service
