Pathetic service and the chatbot is un helpful in solving queries

The product i received is not what i ordered. I have logged a replace request on the app. They have confirmed that it will be collected but i have not received any feedback on when the correct product will be delivered. When you chat to them the chatbot is un helpful - keeps directing me to log a return. I have tried calling the help desk but no answer which is waisting my airtime for their mistake. I ordered this product as i need it for thursday however i have no idea if i will be receiving it in time because i cannot get into contact with takealot
