Pathetic service and staff

I have placed an order to weeks ago which was due today. I desperately need the items but there is a delay due to 1 item not being shipped. I have been trying t get Takealot to send me the remainder of the orders but this process is ridiculous. They have an issue with EVERYTHING and are really not helpful. I have offered solutions but am getting no assistance. I've been speak to Chad, unfortunately he had to bear the brunt of my annoyance. He was not very solution orientated or helpful either. I NEED THIS ORDER TODAY FOR A WORK EVENT. PLEASE DELIVER ON YOUR PROMISE TAKEALOT. I'm even willing to COLLECT the items that are available. As it stands, I am on hold for 5 minutes waiting to speak to a Manager to assist.
