Pathetic Service and ****med

A 4CH AHD CCTV Kit I purchased on Takealot it was delivered on 1st November 2021, last month the CCTV Cameras already started giving problems I'll send you pictures, where visuals of Camera's changes to different colour continuesly also where it started by flickering and one camera just started by going blank dark ,I had to pay for the installer there labour which was R2000 , I emailed the company Takealot and explained to them the situation the response was that the company which sells to them don't exist anymore and relocated to a other country, I must submit return and then the courier will fetch the product the main problem is that this Cameras is already attached on the house which is the wires,Cameras etc and I had to pay R2000 and now if I must detach the Cameras of the premises I have to pay a additional R2000 and I've made them aware because Takealot do not want to pay it so I can't pay another labour fee for there product which is causing problems, I've asked them if I can return the two problematic products .
