Pathetic service and *****s

I have placed and paid an order with Takealot on 7 May 2024. Scheduled delivery to take place on 16 May 2024. Delivery took place but not at my address. I queried Takealot via email on 17 May 2024 and they then send me a screen shot with a signature on from Fast and Furious couriers. The signature does not belong to any of my staff so I went back to them. Long story short - Now almost 1 month later, after several phone calls with 7 different agents, 22 emails with different agents and 10 facebook messages with who knows?? I still dont have an answer on the whereabout of my package (that I had to re-order as it was a birthday present for my grandson) or any sign of a refund. My last phone call today I was put on hold for 8 minutes without anyone coming back to me. What a pathetic service!!!!! I doubt that I will get my money back from this pathetic company full of excuses and useless so-called service agents. I will never make use of takealot again!!
