Pathetic service, And really idiotic suppliers...

So i ordered a wireless headset a few weeks ago on black Friday, they delivered and turns out they sent a wired version. i sent it back and they told me the supplier doesn't have stock and they will have to credit my account, they advised i can order another one with them and a supplier that has stock will be tasked with supplying it. i order the headset again which clearly states it is in stock close to my pickup point which was great, later today they sent me the notification to collect as the order is ready. i get there and they go fetch the package which turns out to be a mouse pad.... marked as a wireless headset... now tell me who the hell looks at a mouse pad and thinks hmm what a nice headset? Really!! absolutely pathetic service this time around Takealot.. not happy at all.
