Pathetic service and no accountability

Absolutely pathetic service. I ordered suitcases for my upcoming trip, they said there was no stock, so the delivery would be done late, i wanted to cancel the order, but they then guaranteed me i would receive the order on time, the order did arrive on time, but with wrong suitcases, cheaper stuff then what i ordered. the order arrived the day before i travel, so what the f**** am I supposed to do now? I spoke to the consultant Austin L which promised he would call me back and keep me informed of what was going on, but not once did he phone me, and while im supposed to be packing now, i don't have a suitcase to pack in. Pathetic service!!!!!!!
