Pathetic service and inconveniences caused

I placed an order on the 25th Feb and received confirmation that it will be delivered on 29/2/24 and the whole week I've been getting communication that the order will be delivered on the 29th Feb...Then suddenly today after 13h00 I got a sms stating my order will be delivered tomorrow ,with no explanation as to why there's a sudden change. I understand that the 2nd item of this order was cancelled this week and I've been refunded already ,however I do not understand why this other expected item is delayed and they didn't even bother communicating, until I followed-up .I needed this for my daughter's school function tomorrow morning and this last minute change is beyond frustrating and disappointing .The service is just pathetic ...in Nov 2023 I bought Fins and these were incorrect size from what was advertised ,I returned them and these were replaced ,however the size was still incorrect...this is just annoying.
