Pathetic service and inaccurate product labelling

I have HAD IT with Takealot's PATHETIC service.

1 - I ordered a laser engraver which I returned due to it being defective. My return was declined due to it being returned after 30 days. IT WAS A DEFECTIVE ITEM, then after going through 3 different customer service people I eventually got it returned.

2 - I ordered a different machine (a 10W combo with Honeycomb kit) and received a combo with a rotary kit instead, yet the Takealot product label on the box was for a honeycomb kit, so the label was put on the wrong item. I returned the item, asking for the item I ordered. I was told there was no stock of that item.

3 - I then purchased the correct item from another online store, and was told the day after that Takealot had purchased all their stock the previous afternoon so the item is not available anymore.

4 - So I had to buy the item from Takealot AGAIN, expecting the right item since you collected all the items from the supplier.

5 - SURE AS GOD, I WAS JUST DELIVERED THE WRONG ITEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
