Pathetic service and false advertising

False advertising, poor customer service and knowledge of products. I ordered a GHD Max from Takealot on black Friday, received it on Saturday and it was the incorrect product, not what I ordered, it was the IV. I then contacted them on Saturday so that they could collect and exchange for the correct item. Aside from explaining in writing that they should collect from my work address, they kept sending drivers to my residence. After all of that and two query calls open, I then received an email stating that I in fact received the correct item (which is not correct), and that a refund will be made because they do not stock the bigger GHD. I subsequently rep**** with screenshots of the products on their website and am still awaiting response. So the delay is one thing, but it is the false advertising and then indirectly telling their customers that they in fact do not know what the products they are ordering are that is a major problem, as they themselves do not know what the products are or what is being sold on their site. I have seen the Max styler physically and it would be really STUPID to spend that amount of money buying something that expensive if I do not know the difference between the models. AND I'M NOT STUPID. go onto their website the day after the blue dot sale and guess what, both the items are listed on their site.
