PATHETIC SERVICE AND FALSE ADVERTISING

MAKE SURE WHAT YOU ORDERED IS WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Ordered a Logitech Stereo Headset on the 2 January and the headset was delivered 9 January. But what I received was not what I ordered! The original package clearly says Mono Headset but the plastic wrapping says Stereo Headset. Certainly seems like they trying to fool customers!!!!

Called customer service who went through a lengthy process just to agree the headset was the wrong one dispatched and agreed to replace it with the correct one.

Today the replacement was delivered and lo and behold AGAIN ITS THE WRONG ONE. The exact same as the first one with the incorrect label on the plastic wrapping.
