Pathetic service and delivery.

Pathetic, take your money, then don't care if or when you receive your parcel.

I work permanent night shift, by choice and I can't even get any form of consideration on delivery times from them. I must just stay awake and wait for them to deliver. Where is business going, down the tubes.
