Pathetic service and delievery

Multiple times this year I have pre-ordered things and they have been delivered a couple of days late, which I begrudgingly accepted. But this time my parcel, that I pre-ordered and paid for on the 3rd of December, has been delayed twice! Now the estimated delivery date is the 18th for a product that I PRE-ORDERED to receive it on the release date! Order # ********** 4
