Pathetic service and being ****med by Takealot.com

I ordered a gift for my mom with Takealot.com and the had scheduled for an Avoca Warehouse collection the day before my Mom's birthday. My order arrived a day before the scheduled date but was misplaced by their staff. I tried so many times to get my order but was told that it hasn't been received yet. Finally on my mom's birthday late an agent from their call center advised me to go and fetch my order and that it has been at their warehouse for 2 days. When I arrived at their warehouse Indeed I found my order but was denied to take it because of QR code which they couldn't find, even when they called their branch manager by the name of Shogan to ask for a solution to this, he also was very rude and didn't even take into consideration that it has been their dereliction of duty and therefor I cannot be denied my order which I've paid for. Takealot.com should take actions against this Shogan guy because there are so many complaints about the Avoca Warehouse and nothing is being done about it.
