Pathetic service and a bunch of *****

I bought a Hisense Smart TV which turned out not to be smart enough to watch Showmax. I requested a return which was granted. I was told the TV would be collected on Wednesday the 13 December. The Courier sent an SMS confirming this. They never arrived so I phoned and was told they would definitely be there on Thursday and again they (Three different consultants confirmed Friday) told me Friday. On Monday morning two consultants confirmed that my collection was confirmed for Monday before 5 pm. Guess what - nothing again. When I phoned to complain I was told that they had arrived each day as planned but I was not available. It is a business premises and staff are there from 8 am to 5 pm plus I have cameras which show that no one arrived. Bunch of *****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is becoming a joke and I will make sure I never use Takealot again and post on social media warning people.
