PATHETIC SERVICE ALONG WITH PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered an item that was in stock...after paying and getting confirmation my order will be delivered on 13th of may. I go to my tracking and see they have pished the delivery date a week forward as there is no stock.

As this item was not yet shipped i asked for them to please just change the colour because thr other volour is in stock.

I then get this pathetoc reply from you. Hi Antonie

What does authorized mean? If nothing has been shipped its the exact item exact price etc.
